Val Fiott has spent many long hours in clinical exercise labs, leading exercise and watching the physiological data points unfolding onscreen. Throughout his decades of schooling and research, Val has mastered the guidelines and rationales relating to exercise adaptation and safety, as they pertain to different medical histories and levels of fitness. He first became a certified personal trainer in 1994. After multiple certifications and many years of full-time coaching and post-therapy rehab, Val went on to serve as a Corporate Physical Health Director. Since 2010, he’s been a Subject Matter Expert for The American Council on Exercise, and has gone on to complete his PhD in Health Science while mentoring personal trainers and leading highly-customized longevity, nutrition and fitness programs.
